Our Process

Product Definition and Documentation
A development game plan is initiated in this step to provide efficient utilization of resources, effective control of costs, and maintenance of milestones and schedules. This step is extremely important to the development process because many times a good idea goes undeveloped due to a lack of time or resources. We offer our clients clearly defined objectives, product specifications, and a well thought out product development plan.
Industrial Design
After initial approval of the products definition, we develop a clear visual understanding of the products external appearance. This industrial design phase helps us and our clients define preliminary design possibilities. Product renderings or models may be created to communicate the product’s appearance.

Engineering Design
Detailed design is now ready to take place, in accordance with the previously defined requirements and cost objectives. Whether the focus is on mechanical structures, plastics, electronic hardware or software design.
Prototype Fabrication
A prototype is developed which will serve to demonstrate the functional viability of the product concept. The prototype provides valuable feedback about product features and design.

Finished Project
By the end, you will walk away with all the documentation needed to take you dream to mass production. Not only will you have all the documentation to mass produce your product, but you will also leave with a fully functional Alpha Prototype.
